If the Supreme Court made a LAW about homosexual’s rights to marriage, then HOW can N.C. magistrates not be required to perform the services? Easy answer: The Supreme Court made a decision/ruling……..they did not MAKE a LAW. They cannot make a law because they do not have the authority.
